VP - Reporting & Analytics

As a VP - Reporting & Analytics at Barclays, you will spearhead the evolution of the Risk function by leading the Reporting Production Team for Operational Risk and Risk Oversight. You will provide high-quality MI and reporting to support colleagues across Operational Risk & Risk Oversight, enable senior management in risk management decision making, and ensure compliance with external and regulatory reporting commitments. You will work closely with the Reporting Change Team and receive local and functional leadership support from respective leads in India and globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide leadership to the production reporting team - Set day-to-day direction for team members - Drive their development and ensure integrity of all reporting - Ensure compliance with relevant Barclays frameworks, policies, and standards - Ensure compliance with BCBS239 principles **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in leading and guiding production teams - Strong expertise in reporting tooling, including Tableau - Track record in leading, motivating, and developing teams - Good understanding of risk management and control design and operation - Ability to drive operational efficiency, meet quality standards, and comply with policies and regulations - Good organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail - Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships - Proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and decision-making - Bachelor's Degree **Additional Company Details:** The location of the role is Noida. **Purpose of the Role:** To implement data quality processes and procedures, extract actionable insights, and optimize resources to help the organization improve its operations. **Accountabilities:** - Investigate and analyze data issues - Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks - Design and build data pipelines - Apply advanced analytical techniques - Document data quality findings and recommendations As a Vice President at Barclays, you are expected to contribute to strategy, drive requirements for change, manage resources and budgets, deliver continuous improvements, and escalate policy breaches.
