Job Title: Voice / VoIP Engineer Location: Pune (On-site) Experience: 3+ Years We are hiring a skilled Voice / VoIP Engineer with strong experience in SIP, VoIP protocols, and IP telephony . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VoIP networks, ensuring optimal voice quality and system performance. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage IP-PBX, SIP trunking, and VoIP systems Resolve issues related to ASR, ACD, PDD, CLI, DTMF, codecs, and voice quality Perform packet trace (PCAP) and CDR analysis for diagnostics Handle fraud monitoring , SIP Trunk down , and voice escalations Support US clients and ensure 24/7 availability Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge of TDM, VoIP, SIP , and network security Hands-on experience in voice gateways and cloud PBX Excellent communication skills Show more Show less
