Job Description

As a Voice and Accent Trainer at our Noida location, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication skills of our Collections team members handling inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering engaging voice and accent training modules tailored for collections and customer service roles. - Conducting daily training sessions across multiple batches to ensure consistent quality and learner engagement. - Training team members on verbal communication (pronunciation, tone modulation, clarity, fluency), non-verbal communication (body language, listening skills, empathy), and written communication (email etiquette, grammar, structure, and professionalism). - Evaluating trainees through assessments, role plays, and feedback sessions. - Collaborating with operations and quality teams to identify communication gaps and customize training accordingly. - Maintaining training records, progress reports, and feedback documentation. - Staying updated with industry best practices and continuously improving training content. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field (preferred). - 5-7 years of proven experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a BPO or collections environment. - Strong command over the English language, phonetics, and neutral accent training. - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple batches and adapt training styles to varied learner profiles. - Certification in voice and accent training (preferred but not mandatory). Soft Skills Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with trainees. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills to lead sessions confidently and engage diverse audiences. - Empathy and patience to support learners at different skill levels. - Adaptability to be flexible in training approach and responsive to feedback. - Time management skills to handle multiple batches while maintaining training quality. - Problem-solving mindset to proactively identify communication challenges and offer solutions. - Team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and align training with business goals. This is a full-time, onsite role with flexibility to conduct sessions across different shifts as per business requirements, especially the US shift.,
