Job Description

As a Voice and Accent Trainer, your role involves coaching and developing the communication skills of agents to ensure they sound calm, composed, and natural on calls. You will collaborate closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, design customized programs, and provide ongoing support to improve voice, accent, and overall communication effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessions for agents engaged in outbound cold calling. - Develop customized training modules focusing on pronunciation, intonation, stress patterns, and overall fluency enhancement. - Provide coaching on communication skills such as active listening, speech clarity, tone modulation, and maintaining composure during calls. - Monitor and assess agents" performance on calls, offering constructive feedback and actionable insights for improvement. - Design and implement evaluation processes to measure progress and effectiveness of training programs. - Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify areas for improvement and create targeted training plans. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training, integrating them into training programs. - Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill retention. - Assist in developing communication standards and guidelines for the team. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably in BPO, lead generation, or call center industry. - Strong understanding of voice modulation, phonetics, and accent neutralization techniques. - Excellent communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice. - Ability to coach and mentor individuals at different skill levels, from beginners to advanced. - Familiarity with challenges of outbound cold calling and strategies to overcome them. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with agents and team members. - Certification in Voice and Accent Training or related fields is a plus.,
