Voice and Accent Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading communication training sessions for the Collections team as a Voice and Accent Trainer. Your main focus will be on enhancing verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills for team members handling inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver voice and accent training modules tailored for collections and customer service roles. - Conduct daily training sessions across multiple batches with consistent quality and learner engagement. - Train team members on verbal communication including pronunciation, tone modulation, clarity, and fluency; non-verbal communication including body language, listening skills, and empathy; and written communication such as email etiquette, grammar, structure, and professionalism. - Evaluate trainees through assessments, role plays, and feedback sessions. - Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify communication gaps and customize training accordingly. - Maintain training records, progress reports, and feedback documentation. - Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously improve training content. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in English, Communication, or related field is preferred. - 5-7 years of proven experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a BPO or collections environment. - Strong command over the English language, phonetics, and neutral accent training. - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple batches and adapt training styles to varied learner profiles. - Certification in voice and accent training is preferred but not mandatory. Additional Company Details: The work schedule for this role is full-time and onsite. You will need to have flexibility to conduct sessions across different shifts as per business requirements, especially during the US shift.,
