Voice and Accent Trainer

As a Voice & Accent Trainer at Star Secutech in Bangalore, your role involves delivering training, conducting training needs analysis, designing and developing training programs, and coaching employees to enhance their performance. The ideal candidate for this position is a College Graduate or Higher Secondary with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year as a trainer in a BPO setting, specifically as a V&A/ Pre-process trainer. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training delivery sessions to enhance communication skills - Perform training needs analysis to identify gaps in employees" language and accent proficiency - Design and develop training programs tailored to individual and group needs - Coach employees on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and soft skills improvement - Use analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness - Administer documentation related to training activities - Manage performance through coaching and feedback mechanisms Preferred Skills: - Experience in instructional design and curriculum development - Possess a strong innovative mindset to create engaging training materials - Critical, analytical, and lateral thinking abilities to address diverse learning needs - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint for effective training delivery Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, Psychology, Education, Business Management, or equivalent - Certifications such as Train the Trainer, TEFL, or IELTS are preferred This full-time position offers benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, Provident Fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work schedule is Monday to Friday in the night shift or US shift. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in an International voice process are preferred.
