About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Voice & Accent Trainer to join our Learning & Development / Training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the communication skills of employees, particularly focusing on pronunciation, clarity, grammar, and neutralizing mother-tongue influence. This role is critical in preparing teams to deliver effective communication in global business environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct training sessions on Voice & Accent (V&A), communication, and customer interaction.
  • Assess participants’ language skills and provide personalized feedback for improvement.
  • Develop training materials, exercises, and modules tailored to various levels of learners.
  • Coach employees on intonation, pronunciation, stress, rhythm, and listening comprehension.
  • Support new hire training (especially for customer support, sales, or client-facing roles).
  • Track learner progress through assessments and share performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in V&A and integrate them into training delivery.
  • Partner with managers and HR to identify training needs and design interventions.


Requirements


  • Graduate in English, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Voice & Accent / Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in BPO, ITES, or corporate training.
  • Strong command of English grammar, phonetics, and neutral accent delivery.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners with different proficiency levels.
  • Certification in V&A training (preferred, not mandatory).
