Job Description

Role Overview: As a Voice and Accent Trainer at Capgemini, your role will involve conducting comprehensive training sessions for agents engaged in outbound calling. You will work on enhancing voice clarity, articulation, and pronunciation adjustments. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training will be crucial, as you incorporate them into your training programs. Monitoring and assessing agents" performance on calls, providing constructive feedback, and actionable insights for improvement will be part of your responsibilities. You will also design and implement evaluation processes to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collaborating with the operations and quality teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training plans, conducting refresher training sessions, and addressing cultural differences to tailor training programs effectively will be key aspects of your role.
