Job Description

Role Overview: As a training specialist, your main role will be to assist employees in honing their communication skills and knowledge. You will not only be responsible for transferring knowledge and skills but also for motivating and setting examples to inspire high levels of excellence. Your focus will be on enhancing the competencies of individual employees through the design and delivery of training programs that align with business needs and goals. Performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum, and managing all phases of training development will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Train new hires on fundamental skills of Customer service, Communication, Culture, and Comprehension as the Voice & Accent trainer - Conduct needs analysis, research, and create new training initiatives to strengthen employees" skill sets - Design, develop, and create instructional materials and job aids according to identified needs - Provide need-based OJT support, coaching, and refresher training to support the business - Collaborate with all teams for the implementation and evaluation of training projects - Develop relevant assessments to measure performance effectively - Engage employees in activities to maximize conversion - Maintain updated records of policy and procedure amendments - Contribute to process improvement and innovation in the training function - Conduct call and email case audits, offering feedback on individual strengths and areas for improvement - Facilitate regular team huddles or briefings to discuss performance, identify skill gaps, and address areas for improvement - Conduct interviews to evaluate language and communication skills of candidates - Ensure timely communication and implementation of process updates, policies, and procedural changes - Conduct client-specific training as needed Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good presentation and interpersonal skills - 3-5 years of experience in training within a relevant domain - Knowledge of adult-learning principles and methodologies, including classroom management, coaching, curriculum development, and lesson planning - Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) - Technical knowledge of English grammar such as SVA, tenses, articles, etc. - Flexibility to adapt quickly to frequent process and information changes - Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional and global teams - Highly energetic, motivated, and ethical individual - Willingness to work in shifts, primarily US shifts - Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure Education: - Graduate in any field,
