We are seeking a creative, talented Visual Designer to translate our brand's essence and values into compelling visual assets across various media. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in visual storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience

  : Demonstrated experience in visual communication design, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual communication work, including Website & ad design, Social Media, and Campaigns.
• Fashion Brand Experience: Prior experience in designing for Fashion brands is advantageous, indicating an ability to connect effectively with target audiences.
• Creativity: A flair for creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to adapt to emerging design tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and client collaboration.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

KRA:

• Collaborate with the creative team to establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with brand essence and resonates with our target audience.
• Create visually appealing designs for websites, Ads, Social Media, and other consumer-facing assets that showcase the uniqueness of our products.
• Design product visuals that highlight key features, benefits, and lifestyle contexts, ensuring they communicate the value proposition effectively.
• Apply typography expertise to ensure that all visual communications maintain a consistent and appealing typographic style.
• Seasonal Campaigns and Collections: Conceptualise and execute visual concepts for seasonal campaigns and product launches, incorporating current trends and themes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of visual assets across all channels during campaign periods.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual content, such as engagement metrics, website traffic, and conversion rates. Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement in visual design strategies and tactics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and design innovations to ensure visuals remain fresh and appealing.

Bonus Points for:

Motion Design Skills: Experience with animations or micro-interactions to add that extra touch of

magic.
