Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end hiring coordination for junior to mid-level roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels.
  • Drive seamless onboarding – documentation, induction, HRMS setup.
  • People Operations & HR Admin
  • Maintain employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit).
  • Support HRMS implementation and process automation.
  • Employee Experience & Culture
  • Be the first HR touchpoint for employees.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, celebrations, feedback surveys.
  • Support founders in building startup culture, values, and rituals.
  • Performance & Growth Support
  • Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • Coordinate learning programs, certifications, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Compliance & Basics of Labour Laws
  • Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment).
  • Maintain compliance trackers and audit-ready records.
  • Ad-hoc & Strategic Support
  • Handle multiple hats – admin, recruiter, engagement partner, problem solver.
  • Support HR process creation, policy drafting, and employer branding initiatives.
