You will be the face behind our reels, stories, photos, interviews, client testimonials, and all our viral social moments.
Role Snapshot
Title: Videographer & Content Creator
Type: Full-Time (In-House)
You own: Planning → Shooting → Editing → Posting → Performance
Goal: Create engaging and high-quality content that grows our social media views, shares, and walk-ins.

Mohan Tribeca, Office No. 906–907, 9th Floor, Next to Mohan Altezza, Gandhare, Near K.M. Agrawal College, Kalyan (West) – 421301.
Timings: 12:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Shoot Spots: Solastaa Salon and kangaroo Kids branches at Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, Varap, Kalyan Vasant Valley (store floors, events, and outdoor shoots).
You will operate primarily from our Mohan Tribeca office/studio and travel to stores or events as required.
Ownership
You will independently decide the creative direction — angles, framing, lighting, and gear.
We will not interfere with your technical or creative choices.
You are expected to take full responsibility for quality, timelines, and outcomes.

What You’ll Create (Daily/Weekly)
Reels & Shorts: Before/After transformations, trend-based transitions, BTS moments
Stories: Daily salon updates, offers, polls, Q&As, and quick beauty tips
Interviews & Testimonials: Client experiences, artist features, and founder talks
Campaign Videos: Launches, festive promotions, workshops, and collaborations
Photography: Portraits, product shots, ambience, and event coverage
Drone/Aerials: Property and event highlights as required
Gear & Formats (Required Skills)
iPhone shoots (handheld and cinematic)
DSLR / Mirrorless (manual control, lenses, low light)
Gimbal / Stick operations (steady moves, reveals, transitions)
Drone usage (safe operation; certification is a plus)
Lighting & Audio (key/fill/rim, lapel mics, ambient control)
We focus on results, not just tools — use the right setup for each story.
Editing & Post-Production
Clean cuts, captions, strong hooks, and smooth transitions
Color correction and grading for a luxury aesthetic
Text overlays, subtitles, speed ramps, and music synchronization
File management, backups, and fast turnaround times
Preferred Tools: CapCut / Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premiere Pro
Bonus Skills: After Effects (motion), Lightroom/Photoshop (photo polish)
Social Media & Publishing Responsibilities
Daily story posting and 3–6 reels per week
Identifying and adapting trending audio for beauty content
Writing captions and creating thumbnails that increase engagement
Coordinating with the marketing team on offers and launch campaigns
Tracking views, saves, and comments to refine performance
Workflow Overview
Brief / Idea: Align on weekly content themes
Shot Plan: Prepare moodboards, shot lists, and gear lists
Shoot: Execute shoots with creative independence
Edit: Deliver first cut, apply feedback, and finalize
Publish: Handle uploads, tags, captions, and scheduling
Review: Analyze content performance and plan improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Young, energetic, and passionate about visual storytelling
Strong eye for composition, light, and camera angles
Confident working with clients and artists on camera
Proficient with iPhone, DSLR, Gimbal, and Drone setups
Fast and clean editor with a social-media-first mindset
Organized and responsible with shoot and post schedules
Key Performance Indicators
3–6 high-quality reels per week and consistent daily stories
Consistent premium brand look and tone
Growth in engagement metrics (views, saves, comments)
On-time delivery of edits and uploads
Properly maintained digital asset library
Work Details
Days: 6 days per week (flexible during shoot-heavy weeks)
Timing: 12:00 AM – 9:00 PM (with fieldwork as required)
