Job Description

Supervise and manage salon staff including hairstylists, beauticians, barbers, front desk, and support staff. Plan, coordinate, and schedule staff shifts to ensure smooth salon operations. Deliver excellent customer service and handle client concerns or complaints effectively. Drive sales by promoting services, retail products, and salon packages. Monitor salon performance, including sales targets, service quality, and customer feedback. Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations. Maintain salon hygiene, ambiance, and compliance with health and safety standards. Manage salon expenses, inventory, and stock ordering for products and equipment. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients. Report salon performance, staff issues, and business updates to management.
