Role Summary
The Video Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-impact video content across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The role requires strong storytelling skills, platform-wise video strategy expertise, and hands-on experience managing full-cycle video production. The specialist will collaborate closely with design, medical, and product teams to deliver cohesive narratives aligned with brand and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
Platform-wise Strategy & Planning
- Execute a detailed content calendar tailored to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ensure video themes, formats, and delivery align with overall campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Video Conceptualisation & Scripting
- Script engaging video concepts customized for each platform’s audience and consumption behaviour.
- Develop storyboards, shot lists, and content structures for diverse video formats.
Production & Execution
- Manage end-to-end video production including shoot planning, on-ground coordination, and talent/crew management.
- Oversee editing workflows, revisions, and quality control to deliver high-precision outputs.
Platform Optimisation
- Optimise videos with compelling thumbnails, titles, tags, metadata, and descriptions to drive organic reach.
- Ensure platform-specific algorithm compliance and retention-driving editing techniques.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track and analyse performance metrics (views, retention, engagement, CTR).
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve future video content strategy and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with design, product, and medical teams to ensure accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
- Maintain strong communication flows to deliver cohesive and impactful visual narratives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills
- Expertise in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Understanding of platform algorithms and audience behaviour
- Project management and end-to-end production handling
- Analytical mindset for performance analysis
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Preferred Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in video content marketing or digital video production
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or consumer-facing brands preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing platform-specific video work
- Experience in managing shoots, editing workflows, and multi-team coordination
- Ability to work in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments
- Proven track record of delivering high-engagement video content
