About The Role
We are looking for a
Video & Content Marketing Specialist
who is passionate about storytelling through multimedia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating engaging product explainer videos, walkthrough tutorials, LinkedIn-native content, and podcasts. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing our YouTube content library and driving awareness across platforms with high-quality, trend-driven video content.This is a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and understands how to tailor content for different stages of the B2B buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation & Production
- Develop product explainer videos, feature walkthroughs, and demo tutorials for marketing and customer education
- Create short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Produce and edit podcasts including audio cleanup, basic mixing, and video podcast formats
YouTube & Content Management
- Build and manage our YouTube content library with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Monitor YouTube analytics to optimize performance and engagement
Editing & Design
- Perform basic video editing (trimming, transitions, subtitles, animations) and ensure professional-quality output
- Create supporting graphics, thumbnails, and visuals for video and podcast promotion
Strategy & Trends
- Stay updated with latest video marketing trends, YouTube algorithms, and B2B SaaS content best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and buyer journeys
- Repurpose long-form videos into snippets, shorts, and highlight reels for multiple platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in video production, editing, and content marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar editing software
- Familiarity with podcast recording and editing tools (Audacity, Descript, Riverside, etc.)
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, LinkedIn video best practices, and social content optimization
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) for supporting creatives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex SaaS features into engaging stories
- Self-starter with a portfolio showcasing explainer videos, tutorials, and LinkedIn/YouTube content
