The VP Sales / Sales Director will lead sales for Hyderabad’s most premium residential, villa, and luxury mixed-use projects. The role requires deep knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, strong relationships with local HNIs/UHNIs, and an extensive channel partner network. This leader will drive project launches, implement high-value sales strategies, and build a world-class sales team aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
1️⃣ Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Hyderabad’s luxury projects (high-rise and villas).
• Lead pricing and launch strategies based on local demand and competition analysis.
• Deliver sales targets across all active and upcoming projects.
2️⃣ Team Leadership
• Build and lead a team of senior sales managers and advisors.
• Provide training and mentoring to enhance luxury selling skills.
• Implement performance-based incentives and KPIs.
3️⃣ Channel Partner & NRI Ecosystem
• Build strong relationships with top Hyderabad brokers and channel partners.
• Drive exclusive events, previews, and tie-ups with leading wealth managers and private bankers.
• Develop strategies to target NRI buyers from the Hyderabad diaspora in UAE, US, UK, and Singapore.
4️⃣ High-Value Client Management
• Engage directly with HNI and UHNI clients for key closures.
• Design exclusive sales experiences (private viewings, concierge services, personalized offers).
• Maintain strong relationships with key investors and repeat buyers.
5️⃣ Sales Process & CRM
• Implement CRM-driven sales tracking and conversion optimization.
• Drive a data-driven approach for lead scoring and allocation.
• Monitor competitor pricing, absorption, and buyer trends in Hyderabad.
6️⃣ Collaboration
• Work with marketing to execute targeted luxury campaigns.
• Partner with finance, legal, and CRM teams for seamless customer onboarding and revenue realization.
• Collaborate with project teams for sales enablement and product positioning.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
• 15–22 years of sales leadership in Hyderabad luxury real estate.
• Proven track record of ₹500 Cr+ annual sales delivery.
• Strong local network of brokers, HNIs, and institutional investors.
• Experience in premium high-rise and villa sales.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and data-driven sales experience.
• Sales and revenue achievement for Hyderabad projects.
• Speed of inventory absorption post-launch.
• Channel partner-driven sales contribution.
• NRI/HNI closure ratio.
• Sales team performance and retention.
• Market share in Hyderabad luxury real estate.
