Job Summary:

The Vice President of Real Estate Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales organization within the real estate division. This executive role sets the strategic direction for all sales efforts, ensuring alignment with the companys growth objectives. The VP will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team, develop market strategies, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue through innovative and effective sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the real estate division.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set sales goals, revenue targets, and expansion plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team including regional managers and agents.
  • Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and implement training programs.
  • Recruit and retain top sales talent.

Revenue & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value leads and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and other partners.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Ensure CRM systems and reporting tools are effectively used to track performance.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and investors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Handle complex negotiations and close major transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate markets, laws, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Real estate license (required or preferred depending on the jurisdiction).
