Vice President of Sales

As the Resident Vice President at Hanu Reddy Realty's Mysore Branch, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the growth and success of our operations in Mysore. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring its smooth functioning and continuous growth. Your main tasks will include recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of realtors and office staff, as well as monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. You will be expected to plan and conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports to senior management, covering branch activities, market trends, and major deals. Your active participation in deal negotiations and support to the team in closing transactions across various segments will be crucial for the branch's success. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate or luxury sales, with a strong and detailed knowledge of the Mysore real estate market. Demonstrated success in closing deals across segments such as Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Warehouse is essential. Exceptional leadership skills are a must, as you will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team. Moreover, your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will be vital in fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and the team.
