Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned leaders to drive large-scale digital and financial transformation initiatives across global enterprises. The role requires combining business strategy, operations expertise, and modern technologies (AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and cloud) to deliver measurable outcomes and lasting business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver transformation outcomes by embedding analytics, digital, and emerging technologies across operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for digital and financial transformation.
  • Partner with global operations teams to identify opportunities, design scalable digital solutions, and modernize processes.
  • Conceptualize, architect, and implement technology-enabled solutions (AI, ML, automation, cloud).
  • Provide thought leadership, drive consulting/assessment engagements, and ensure measurable business results.
  • Manage cross-functional global teams, ensuring milestones, governance, and adoption of digital solutions.
  • Drive organizational change and adoption of analytics/digital capabilities through training, change management, and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Evangelize the digital value proposition to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate / MBA preferred (from a top institution).
  • 12–18 years of experience in digital transformation and consulting, with proven success in

    end-to-end financial transformation (must-have)

    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    Agentic AI, Generative AI, and automation

    (must-have).
  • Exposure to

    CPG, Manufacturing, and Hi-Tech industries

    .
  • Track record of leading global-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in BPM/Operations ecosystems, with knowledge of Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Banking, or Insurance operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with business acumen.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex problems, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Exposure to Agile/Lean methodologies and multicultural environments.
