Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Marketing based in Gurugram. The individual will oversee marketing strategy development and execution, conduct market research, and manage marketing initiatives to align with the company’s goals. They will lead public relations efforts, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging. The role involves decision-making at a strategic level, aimed at improving market share and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
• Proficiency in Marketing Management and general Marketing practices
• Proven experience in Public Relations and maintaining positive corporate communication
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
