What You Will Be Doing
Your role as an educational architect and innovator will include:

Vice President Learning Key Responsibilities
Your core mission is to pioneer and perfect our AI-driven, teacher-free educational model across multiple campus locations. Success will be measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth, achieved through a powerful combination of data analytics and direct student feedback loops.
Basic Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
- Expertise in designing AI systems for educational applications
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Excellence in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Proven success in cross-functional team leadership and project management

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
