Job Title: VP, Lean Digital Transformation

Location: Noida/ Gurugram/ Hyderabad

About the Role:

The Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) team is the strategic engine driving innovation and value creation across our operations and client engagements. This role is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership position at the forefront of transformation—combining Lean Six Sigma, Digital Innovation, Analytics, and AI to modernize operations and unlock business value.


LDT is more than a function—it’s a launchpad for future leaders. Success here ensures visibility with senior leadership and accelerated career growth across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation programs with full accountability for delivery, business outcomes, and revenue impact.
  • Design and execute data-driven, tech-enabled transformation roadmaps across global operations.
  • Embed Analytics, AI/GenAI, and Digital capabilities into core operations.
  • Collaborate with Ops and Sales leadership to identify transformation opportunities and drive adoption.
  • Architect scalable digital solutions leveraging tools like cloud, ML, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Evangelize transformation value, aligning stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Drive change management, training, and capability building across the business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tech, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.


Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Postgraduate / MBA from a top institution (preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, and operations.
  • Proven success leading complex, global transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies: cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, automation.
  • Deep domain knowledge in at least 2–3 industry verticals.


Preferred:

  • Experience working with business process management operations in areas like F&A, Procurement, Supply Chain, Insurance, or Banking.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data tools and storytelling.
  • Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse teams across global geographies.
  • Track record of driving measurable business impact through transformation.
