We are currently seeking applications for the position of Vice President, Lean Digital Transformation. In this role, the LDT vertical lead will spearhead the improvement agenda for the vertical, collaborating closely with COOs, senior stakeholders, and clients. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, coaching, and developing talent in LDT, as well as shaping an agenda covering productivity delivery, profitability improvement, client business impact, digital use case identification, and the utilization of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The vertical lead will ensure seamless delivery of functional and vertical goals for LDT at a global level through resource deployment, collaboration, and addressing systemic changes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with COOs/Sr. GOL/Portfolio Owner to create and execute the continuous improvement agenda - Partner with operations to identify and implement Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities - Drive productivity improvements, including in TBP accounts and Bad Bench reduction - Oversee Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts within the vertical - Identify and prioritize digital use cases - Align resources to maximize impact and stabilize key wins - Mitigate operational risks through Risk Control and Best Practice frameworks - Drive operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvements and long-term value creation - Uphold accountability to deliver on Genpact client commitments - Own and drive agreed transformation initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Post Graduation from Top institutes - Significant experience in core Finance proficiencies, Financial Systems, or Analytics - Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting - Global exposure with a consistent track record of digital projects - Strong communication and influencing skills - Competency in strategic thinking, leadership, relationship management, flexibility, and accountability - Track record in leading Lean projects or applying 6Sigma methodologies Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience in digital deployment for large/ medium-scale customers This is a full-time position based in India, Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and will exhibit mastery in Operations.
