About the Role

Seeking a VP / SVP – Investment Banking to drive origination and execution across Industrial, Consumer, Sustainability, BFSI, and Healthcare & Pharma sectors. The role involves leading M&A, capital raising, and structured finance transactions, working closely with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity.
• Drive transaction structuring, valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence.
• Build and manage relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, and strategic investors.
• Originate new mandates and lead pitches, proposals, and investor presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and manage deal teams.
• Provide strategic advisory on growth, capital structure, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or PE/VC.

Required Skills

• Strong track record in M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Sector exposure to Industrial, Consumer, BFSI, Sustainability, or Healthcare/Pharma.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• MBA / CA / CFA preferred.

Pay range and compensation package (fixed plus variable)
