Role Overview

Real Estate sector

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coverage and origination efforts for Real Estate clients, including developers, REITs, and institutional investors.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to identify and execute strategic opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end execution of transactions including M&A, equity and debt capital raising, and structured financing.
• Collaborate with product teams (ECM, DCM, M\&A) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide sector insights and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development within the coverage group.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Real Estate sector - could be from corporate strategy, equity research, consulting or investment banking roles.
• Strong track record in executing complex deals (M&A, capital markets, structured finance).
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education

MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 6–12 years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, regulatory environment, and investor landscape.
