Job Description

Analyzing new and existing capital market products and from market risk perspective, analyzing the possible adverse impact of identified risks, and suggesting/applying risk mitigating measures to manage those risks. Developing and implementing processes, system logic & checks for overall risk management. Monitoring regulatory changes/circulars and analyzing its impact. Making necessary changes in policies, systems, products, procedures & limits to comply with and implement the regulatory changes. Working with IT team (In-house as well as with outside vendors) and contributing system logic towards development of risk management systems & applications. Well versed with Application like Omnesys, Greek, Utrade & Kambala is must. Complete know-how of CTCL reporting frame work. Co-ordinating with business team and resolving all the RMS queries in time bound manner. Framing structure of various Risk MIS reports and ensuring implementation through the team. Completion of EOD/BOD activities, script blocking/unblocking activities within TAT. Regular review of risk management structure (risk parameters, limits and processes) from the perspective of control as well as scope for improvement. Interaction with regulators/auditors with respect to regulatory changes, issues, submissions etc. Responsible for constantly innovating and improving the technology/software for improving efficiency in execution of operational activities thereby helping in better risk management. Monitoring TAT for all activities and ensuring completeness in all the processes. Monitoring surveillance constantly & reporting the misuse or suspicious activities to the management.
