Vice President

Role Overview: As a Vice President located in Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT solutions and building technologies. Your role will involve managing teams, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that the company's services and solutions meet industry standards and client needs. Additionally, you will be in charge of financial planning, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage teams, inspiring and motivating staff to achieve their full potential - Develop and execute strategic plans within the IT sector - Ensure a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including IP telephony, wireless solutions, and next-generation firewalls - Oversee end-point security, backup solutions, and surveillance systems - Manage client relationships and drive business development efforts - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills - Work on-site in Delhi to fulfill job requirements Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience in strategic planning and execution in the IT sector - Proficiency in IT infrastructure, IP telephony, wireless solutions, and next-generation firewalls - Knowledge of end-point security, backup solutions, and surveillance systems - Proven track record in client relationship management and business development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred - Experience in the systems integration and building technologies industry is a plus,
