▪︎ KPIモニタリング・成果分析

▪︎ Monitor KPIs and analyze results

▪︎ ドキュメント作成・ナレッジ共有

▪︎ Create documentation and share knowledge

▪︎ データ分析・業務分析の経験

▪︎ Experience in data analysis or business analysis

▪︎ SQLやExcelなどの分析ツールの使用経験

▪︎ Experience with analysis tools such as SQL or Excel

▪︎ 論理的思考力・課題解決能力

▪︎ Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

▪︎ コミュニケーション能力・調整力

▪︎ Strong communication and coordination skills

▪︎ 自律的にリモートで業務を遂行できる能力

▪︎ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

▪︎ 日本語ビジネスレベル（英語力あれば尚可）

▪︎ Business-level Japanese; English proficiency a plus

▪︎ 日本国内での就労資格を有すること

▪︎ Must have legal work authorization in Japan
