Position Summary

We are looking for a Vice President – Growth & Strategy with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to scale digital businesses. This leadership role requires expertise across marketing, technology, data analytics, and business strategy, along with full P&L ownership.

You’ll serve as the strategic link between brand, performance marketing, and product/tech teams, leading growth across the funnel—from acquisition to conversion to retention. You'll drive scale by combining performance marketing, data-led decision making, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Growth, Marketing & Strategy

  • Define and own the company’s growth roadmap, including brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across channels (search, social, programmatic, affiliate, CRM).
  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive merchandising, promotions, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Own full-funnel growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Bridge brand and digital execution—ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns and customer experiences.

Technology & Product Collaboration

  • Partner with the tech team to integrate AI/ML solutions that enable personalized experiences, intelligent automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, product, and engineering for feature rollouts and campaign integration.
  • Leverage analytics platforms, customer data, and martech tools to support marketing performance and optimization.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams across marketing, growth, analytics, and product.
  • Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and outcome-oriented team culture.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and the founding team to shape business direction and market positioning.

P&L Ownership

  • Take full ownership of the business unit’s P&L, ensuring profitability while investing in strategic growth areas.
  • Monitor budget allocation across marketing, technology, and business development; optimize for ROI and scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A growth enabler and startup leader with 10+ years of experience in scaling digital-first businesses.
  • Proven success in e-commerce, digital platforms, fintech, mobile, or adtech ecosystems.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, brand building, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels—vision-driven, but hands-on.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
