We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Enterprise Risk team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.

The Vice President, Enterprise Risk plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the enterprise risk function within BNY. This position is critical in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's strategic objectives and operational performance. By aligning with BNY's core principles of accountability, innovation, and client service, the Vice President ensures the enterprise risk framework supports the company's strategic pillars of fostering growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role requires a deep understanding of risk management processes and the ability to influence and implement risk strategies across various business units.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the development and execution of risk management strategies by leveraging expertise in risk assessment and mitigation techniques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive risk identification and management, aligning with BNY's strategic objectives. - Oversee the implementation of enterprise risk policies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. - Monitor and report on risk exposure levels, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies.

Promote a culture of risk awareness across the organization, facilitating training and communication initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.

Typically 5-10 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related field, with a proven track record of strategic risk oversight and leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in risk management software and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
