We are looking for an Lead the mechanical design and engineering function for stone-crushing machines and related heavy equipment. Drive innovation, ensure equipment reliability, optimize performance, and support cost-effective manufacturing.
• Develop design strategy for crushers & screening equipment
• Lead NPD for jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, etc.
• Ensure rugged, high-performance designs suitable for mining & quarry environments
• Optimize durability, throughput, and energy efficiency
• Oversee prototype development, field testing & validation
• Ensure DFM/DFA, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, procurement & service teams
• Mentor engineering teams and build technical capability
• Mechanical Engineering degree (Master’s preferred)
• Strong background in heavy machinery, mining equipment or material-handling machinery
• Expertise with structural design, mechanical systems, hydraulics & vibration analysis
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools and FEA for heavy equipment
• Strong analytical, technical and leadership skills
