About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Partner with business heads to drive cost efficiencies, ROI analysis, and investment decisions.
• Develop financial models for new business initiatives, pricing, and expansion strategies.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Ensure financial compliance, controls, and process optimization.
• Lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with cross-functional 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance roles.
• Strong background in real estate, infrastructure, or allied industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence business outcomes.
• Expertise in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• CA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
