Your Role: The Architect of an AI-Accelerated Workflow

You will be the master of our UI development process. Your workflow will start in Figma, / or some AI first Design tool you will discover, where you'll collaborate with designers. From there, you will use generative platforms to instantly create a clean, component-based, production-quality React codebase. You will conceive, prompt, build, test , iterate and also find someplace to write your prompts. 

Your core responsibility begins where the automation ends. You will take this intelligently generated foundation and architect it into a fully-featured, scalable, and high-performance car listing and auction platform.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day:

• Master the Design-to-Code Pipeline:

  Utilize platforms like Lovable.dev, Cursor, Replit  to convert intricate Figma designs into a clean, production-ready React and Next.js codebase.

• Architect and Own the Codebase:

  This is your primary function. You will take the generated code and integrate state management (Zustand, Redux, etc.), connect all backend REST APIs, and implement complex, custom business logic.

• Build the End-to-End Product:

  You will be responsible for developing the entire user-facing application—from our high-traffic listing pages with advanced search and filtering, to user authentication, profiles, and management portals.

• Enforce Elite Code Quality:

  Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for quality. You will refactor, optimize, and test the code to ensure it meets the highest standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with Design:

  Work closely with our UI/UX designers to establish best practices in Figma that ensure optimal and efficient code generation, creating a seamless workflow.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a forward-thinking engineer who is passionate about both code quality and development velocity. You see AI and automation not as a replacement for engineers, but as a powerful tool for the best ones.

Essential Requirements:

• 1-3 years of strong professional experience

  building, shipping, and maintaining complex applications with

  React.js

  . Experience with

  Next.js

  is a major plus.

• Demonstrable experience using advanced design-to-code or generative UI platforms

  (e.g.,

  Lovable.dev, Replit, Cursor, Firebase Studio, Locofy, Anima

  ) in a professional or significant personal project. You must be able to speak to the process and best practices.

• Expert-level understanding of frontend architecture:

  You are proficient in component design, state management strategies, and API integration in a large-scale application.

• Exceptional ability to read, analyze, and refactor code.

  You can take a generated codebase and thoughtfully improve upon it.
• Proficiency with Git, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience is not a core requirement, demonstrated capability is.
