Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML-powered chatbots, with a focus on Rasa framework.
• Implement and fine-tune NLP models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, context-aware chatbot responses.
• Use ML/DL algorithms to optimize chatbot performance and improve user experience.
• Integrate chatbots with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, etc.
• Ensure seamless backend integration with APIs, databases, and other services.
• Monitor and improve chatbot performance metrics, including accuracy, response time, and user satisfaction.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills : Python, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of machine learning/AI concepts, including :
• NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / PyTorch (plus)
• Large Language Model (LLM) integration
• Experience with Rasa framework and chatbot development.
• NLP frameworks and libraries : SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing multi-lingual chatbots.
• Knowledge of generative AI and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with deployment, scaling, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
