Vendor Manager

As a Vendor Manager at our company, your role will involve coordinating with vendors to ensure timely submission of invoices and complete documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market surveys and price benchmarking to identify cost-efficient and regulatory-compliant vendors. - Obtaining competitive quotations from multiple vendors and assisting in vendor negotiations. - Evaluating vendor capabilities to ensure alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. - Ensuring compliance with internal control processes and financial policies. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive vendor records, preparing vendor master files, and supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary vendor records, reconciliations, and reports. You will also conduct SWAT analysis for existing vendors to assess performance, risks, and suitability, and recommend vendor additions, terminations, or replacements based on organizational needs. Key skills required for this role include a sound understanding of finance and accounting principles, strong Excel skills, negotiation abilities, communication skills, and an analytical mindset for vendor evaluation and cost optimization. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in finance or regulated industries, familiarity with financial audits and regulatory frameworks, hands-on experience with Zoho software, and exposure to the GIFT City ecosystem.,
