About the Role

Rrayze Business Solutions is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Vendor Management Executive to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and onboard vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

· Coordinate with vendors for operational requirements and ensure timely service delivery.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.

· Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contractual agreements.

· Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to company standards.

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations and problem resolution.

· Travel to vendor locations as required for audits, verification, and meetings.

Requirements

· 6 months to 2 years of experience in Vendor Management / Operations / Procurement.

· Strong operational and coordination skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.

· Willingness to travel as per business needs.

· Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
