Vendor Development Manager – C2C IT Staff Augmentation

Location: Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-time | C2C Focus | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vendor Development Manager with proven experience in C2C IT staffing and vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate will have deep connections within the IT staffing ecosystem, a strong understanding of recruitment operations, and the ability to build and manage a network of trusted vendor partners for project-based and contract hiring.

This is a high-impact role focused on expanding vendor partnerships, ensuring high-quality submissions, and meeting rapid client demand across diverse technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new vendor partners and subcontracting agencies for IT staff augmentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C2C vendors, ensuring alignment with company quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with vendors while maintaining profitability.
  • Track vendor performance, submission-to-hire ratios, and delivery metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the vendor ecosystem across technologies and geographies.
  • Ensure compliance with client and internal policies on documentation, background checks, and contracts.
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, rate benchmarks, and emerging technologies to support business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing with a minimum of 3 years managing vendor partnerships (C2C model).
  • Strong understanding of US staffing, contract hiring, and offshore-onshore coordination.
  • Proven experience managing a vendor bench, generating qualified submissions, and closing positions quickly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM/ATS systems, and reporting tools.
  • Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in IT services or staffing firms (US or India-based).
  • Existing vendor network across major IT skill sets (Salesforce, Java, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.).
  • Understanding of MSA/SOW compliance, C2C documentation, and vendor audits.
