Job Description

Job Summary (ISG) We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Veeva Safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Safety solutions to meet client requirements. Oversee the integration of Veeva Safety with other systems to ensure seamless data flow. Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Veeva Safety in Research and Development environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Veeva Safety functionalities. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veeva Safety in a timely manner. Create detailed documentation for system configurations processes and user guides. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency. Support the development of custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Ensure data integrity and security within the Veeva Safety platform. Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for task completion. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience with Veeva Safety. Demonstrate strong expertise in Research and Development processes. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in system integration and data management. Have a proven track record of successful project implementations. Display strong communication and training skills. Be adept at creating comprehensive documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
