Job Summary:

Veeva Developer Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize

  Veeva Vault Complaints Module

  solutions to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage

  Vault workflows, lifecycles, roles, and security configurations

  specific to complaint handling and CAPA processes.
• Develop and maintain

  Vault extensions and integrations

  using

  Veeva ADX (App Data Exchange)

  , REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Work closely with business and quality teams to

  analyze requirements

  , document technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage

  data migration, configuration, and validation

  activities for Vault environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Vault configurations, ADX integrations, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with

  GxP and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ISO 13485)

  throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders during

  UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support

  phases.
• Provide technical documentation, system design details, and user training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years

  of overall experience in IT with at least

  3 years in Veeva Vault Development

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Veeva Vault Platform (QMS / QualityDocs / Complaints Module)

  .
• Proven experience with

  Veeva ADX (App Data Exchange)

  for system integrations and data synchronization.
• Proficiency in

  Vault configuration, document types, lifecycles, workflows, roles, permissions

  , and

  object types

  .
• Knowledge of

  REST APIs, XML, JSON, and data mapping tools

  .
• Experience with

  JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica)

  is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of

  pharma/life sciences quality and compliance processes

  .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
