UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our tech team and shape the user experience of our digital products. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually stunning web and mobile interfaces. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will transform ideas into engaging experiences that delight users and align with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and map customer journeys to deeply understand user behavior.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Design scalable UI systems and maintain consistency across platforms with reusable design components.
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and maintain design quality.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and emerging industry trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX best practices, emerging tech trends, and digital design innovations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a tech or product-based company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design projects.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, In Vision, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile-first applications, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animations for enhancing UI.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mix panel, Hotjar, etc.) for data-driven design decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,857.16 per month
