UX/UI Designer

Your role will involve translating user insights into delightful experiences, creating visually appealing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional UI mock-ups, prototypes, and final products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and behaviors. - Develop user personas and prepare user journeys, task flows, and competitive analysis. - Create sitemaps, user flows, and information architecture to define product structure and navigation. - Design high-fidelity visual elements aligned with brand guidelines and iterate based on feedback. - Collaborate with product and tech teams, present design concepts, and mentor junior UX designers. - Identify design gaps, advocate for user needs, and contribute to overall product strategy. Qualifications Required: - Strong UX Design Fundamentals with 7+ years of experience in user-centered design principles. - Expertise in tools like Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. - Problem-solving skills, design proficiency, research abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Prior experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.
