Role: UX designer Experience: 5+ Yrs Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 Months and extendable Budget: 1.2 LpM What you'll do As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead and work in partnership with global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world. As part of your role, you will: Shape Product Direction Contribute to product or feature direction by suggesting features and enhancements to improve the overall experience Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution. Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create cohesive, best-in-class experiences to our most challenging and high impact areas. Deeply understand the business goal and customer goals, balancing them to create impact Deliver High Quality Designs Showcasing Excellence And Craft Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development Collaborate closely with designers on the team to gather feedback, define features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area Collaborate with central design system team and other designers to identify opportunities for standardization and incorporate recommendations for components. Evangelize and drive product standards. Be a Strong Partner Partner with cross-functional teams and disciplines to gain a deep understanding of the problem space, explore strategic opportunities, and solve complex problems. Provide feedback to leadership about performance and opportunities. Provide feedback, mentoring and guidance to team members. Help identify and shape solutions for internal, external roadblocks. About You The successful candidate will bring the following experience and attributes: Comes from Cloud/SaaS and/or Digital enterprises, is used to working in high growth and fast-paced technology firms Track record of design excellence and bringing high quality products to market (6-8 years of experience in product design or UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing product impact. Ability to think long- and short-term to meet the constraints of the product requests while iterating toward a future vision Clear communication skill and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions. High curiosity. Comfortable in ambiguity and able to solve problems through building effective relationships across the organization. Ability to learn and change. Degree or master’s in human computer Interaction, Design or equivalent. Experience developing products from 0-1, shipping marketplace and/or platform experiences.
