About the Role:

UX Designer

You will play a key role in shaping the user journey from end to end — from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design efforts for our SaaS products, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate design solutions.
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing, analyze findings, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Develop and maintain UX documentation, personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of a consistent design system across products.
• Advocate for user-centric design practices and help shape product strategy through a UX lens.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

   in UX design, with a strong focus on SaaS products or complex web applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as 

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision

• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, prototypes) and design thinking applied to real-world SaaS products.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for 

  data-intensive B2B SaaS platforms
