Role Description

UX Designer (Product)

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX and UI design across mobile, web, and internal products
Translate business and user requirements into clean, intuitive journeys and wireframes
Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate ideas
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on features and implementation
Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes using
Figma
Create and maintain a scalable design system
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
Share work regularly and contribute to design discussions

Qualifications

4–5 years
of professional experience in UX/UI design (preferably in startups)
Strong product thinking and understanding of usability principles
Proven experience designing for
B2C mobile or web products
Proficiency in
Figma
(components, systems, prototyping)
Excellent communication skills — able to explain design rationale clearly
Bachelor’s degree in
Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field
Bonus: experience in
motion or interaction design
