Job Summary:

Infutrix is looking for a talented and user-focused UX Designer to lead and craft intuitive, engaging, and human-centered digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can balance research-driven decision-making with thoughtful interaction design to solve real user problems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions across web and mobile platforms.

You should bring a strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, along with the ability to advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design seamless user journeys across mobile, web, and multi-platform applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, visual designers, and other stakeholders to align UX with business and user goals.
• Create and maintain UX documentation including personas, journey maps, and usability test reports.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and UX best practices throughout the organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of hands-on UX design experience in product-led or digital-first environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, In Vision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with developers and product owners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS or cross-platform product design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Exposure to tools like Hotjar, Maze, Optimal Workshop, or similar usability research platforms.
• Understanding of A/B testing, analytics, and UX KPIs.
