UX Designer

You have 3 to 6 years of experience as a UX Designer in the Fintech platforms & solutions industry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights. Analyzing user behavior and feedback to make informed design decisions will be a key part of your job. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and designers to implement UX strategies is essential. You will also audit existing products and suggest UX improvements. Advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization and staying updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices are crucial aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in UX design or consulting roles. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX research and design projects is required. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD is necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with experience in accessibility standards and responsive design. Familiarity with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be beneficial.,
