· Champion UX maturity across the organization, influencing processes, KPIs, and design-thinking culture at scale.
· Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with hands-on knowledge of design systems management and collaboration platforms.
· Deep understanding of:
o Strategic UX architecture & scalable design systems
o Enterprise UX frameworks & governance
o Human-centred design methodologies
o Cross-platform design consistency (mobile, desktop, tablet, responsive web)
o Data-informed UX (research synthesis, usability analytics, accessibility compliance)
· Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and product leadership.
· Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities.
