Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented iManage Operations & Support Specialist to join our growing IT/Legal Tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, system administration, and operational management of the iManage Work platform (Cloud or On-Premise). You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless document and email management experiences for users across the organization. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for iManage users, resolving issues related to access, synchronization, search, and file management Manage user provisioning, access rights, and workspace configurations via iManage Control Center Monitor system performance and uptime; escalate issues to vendors as needed Support iManage upgrades, patch deployments, and change control activities Coordinate with legal/IT stakeholders for system improvements, compliance, and training Maintain documentation for SOPs, configurations, and incident resolutions Assist in troubleshooting integrations with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other third-party tools Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards ✅ Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience in iManage Work (Work 10, Cloud, or On-Prem) Familiarity with iManage Control Center, Indexer, and Work Servers Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support a fast-paced environment Experience in supporting document/email management in legal or enterprise IT environments Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⭐ Preferred Skills Prior experience with law firms or legal tech systems Understanding of iManage Drive, Share, or Threat Manager Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, basic automation) is a plus Show more Show less
