Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, aligning project objectives with organizational goals, and managing stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple high-impact initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resource allocation and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
• Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation of project decisions.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with cross-functional global teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
