Job Title: Project Manager (10+ Years Experience) Location: Noida, sector-62 Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Program Manager / Director of Projects Industry: [ Information Technology.] Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, aligning project objectives with organizational goals, and managing stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple high-impact initiatives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resource allocation and dependencies. Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership. Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation of project decisions. Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members. Promote continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with cross-functional global teams. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
