What is the job and team like

● We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our design, development, and strategy team full-time. You’ll play a key role in crafting visually stunning and highly usable digital interfaces that solve real-world problems.

● If you’re passionate about UI design and have proven experience in creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional digital experiences, we’d love to talk to you.

● You’ll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to research, plan, design, and deliver projects across responsive web platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Putting the user first: UI/UX designers advocate for user needs throughout the design and implementation process.

● Humanizing Technology: A UI/UX Designer’s job is to create user friendly interfaces that enable users to understand how to use complex technical products.

● Mockups & Prototypes: Create high-quality UI mockups and interactive prototypes that not only demonstrate functionality but also showcase visually stunning, polished designs.

● Switching between Products/Tasks: One has to be flexible and able to pivot from one task to the next which is an important soft skill for a UI/UX Designer.

● Pro Active Attitude: Actively participate in project goals, raise team morale and deliver high quality scalable work.

● Collaboration with other teams: Contribute to the UI modernization initiative by actively developing functionalities, participating in design discussions, providing the guidance to the team where needed. UI/UX Designer Requirements

● Exceptional UI Design portfolio showcasing beautiful, modern, and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on responsive web design across various screen sizes and devices.

● A design portfolio is required, with at least two case studies that clearly demonstrate strong UI design skills and visual problem-solving

● Strong expertise in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc).

● Basic understanding of micro-interactions, motion design, and video editing.

● Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers, strategists, and stakeholders.

● Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS, helpful for understanding implementation constraints.

● Up to date with current UI trends, design systems, and best practices in responsive and mobile-first design.

● Ability to evaluate existing sites in terms of their persuasiveness, emotional design, and conversion, assess properties for usefulness, usability, visual design, content and branding
